Very honest and reasonable.
Hard to find someone who takes pride in their work, and won’t shortcut a fix. Minotti is just that guy. Honest, up front, and detail oriented.
Extremely professional and detail-oriented; my boat was clean and well-maintained—they really stay on top of the details.
This is 1000% the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. Let me start out by saying they have a stop order notice on the window when I pulled in. So obviously they’re doing something sketchy or hurting for money or working without a permit. I call into this place to get a quote on fixing my jet ski for the 4th of July. They tell me they will call me before they start fixing it. 3 days later I get a call saying they fixed it and that I owe them 1400 dollars. No approval no nothing. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! The team was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable.
