Complete miss. I scheduled a repair, but they ran. To be fair, I might have gotten there a bit after the appointment time, the "store" was hard to find: a garage door poorly marked at the back of the main building that has other businesses. Brought my ebike, only to find out that "they" were not there today. There is another business associated with them, but Repair and Run were not there.
