I was disappointed with my experience here. I brought my e-bike in with questions about the diagnosis and was told over the phone that they "didn't have all day" to explain it, which felt rude. I also asked about the price of a replacement display after finding what appeared to be the same model online for much less, and was simply told it was "probably fake" instead of being given an explanation.
