Calling repair 24 for Wilkin cooler check up. The tech shown up on time and checked the unit. Then he went out for parts and charged me $550 for changed the capacitor. Then he told me that the unit compressor was dead. I need a new compressor for the Condenser for other $5000. Then i consulted with other local hvac tech for refrigerant refilled for $250 and the problem solved. NOT RECOMMED

Initial contact was promising , Shelby, the sale manager fully available to answer questions and fast to prepare a proposal . Scheduled a one time repair on a Beer Power Pack , not good . Spent $ 559 and 3 days later the whole unit died out . They wanted to charge us more money , did not apologize for their negligence and threatened to send to collection . Stay away from this scammers .
