I have had both my Mazda and my Mercedes Benz worked on at Repair one. I was astonished by how knowledgeable and professional they were. They actually could have charged me for more items but if the parts were still in good condition they put them back and saved me the money. All of the work they have done for me was above expectation. I now use them for my Oil Change. I recommend them to everyone. I will say this they are not the cheapest shop. they charge less money than a dealership and a bit more than a mom+pop operation... read more
I just wanted to let people know that i had a great experience.First we i got there they even open the door for me!!. The office was very clean all the people were very nice!! They explained all the repairs in detail and even gave me pictures!! Then they gave me a ride home and pick me up!! The car was fix right the first time . I will be comming back again and also recommend them to all of my friends !
Best described as common thieves and con men. Shoddy workmanship, incorrect diagnosis, over charging. These people will lie to your face about what needs done to your automobile. They told me I needed $2100. worth of repair to my engine. Had several second opinions and all stated my first estimate was not only incorrect, but I would have been overcharged for parts and labor if that problem was even real. Had engine repaired for $18.
