I’ve been using Mark at REP for my suspension needs for a couple of years now. On multiple occasions, he’s taken time out of his day to personally help me dial in my setup in real time, even from across the country. While his business has grown, the personal touch and deep expertise you’d expect from a small, hands-on shop remain the key differentiators. Mark, his wife, and the entire REP team go above and beyond to get you dialed and make sure you’re genuinely stoked with your setup.
Great shop and everyone I interacted with was super nice! I only needed my fork seals replaced, and they were able to knock them out for me while I waited. I'd recommend this shop to anyone and everyone, and they'll be getting all my future suspension related business from this point on.
