Customer service is amazing haven’t sent the parts in just reached out and was confident that I found the right shop I ride a lot of Midwest tracks that have huge brake woops after every jump leading into turns aka atv lumps and need something between sx and what I describe

Would never do business here again. Employees literally have no clue about suspension. Bought a set of WP6500s, came covered in oil and a ripped apart box with scuffs on them and looked used, missing 2 preload spacers, and was promised they were new. Was told they had "been around the shop for awhile". Employee says they are a drop in for my bike, well they weren't. Needed new fork lugs, was promised the spacers to be sent twice, and was told that it isn't his fault because the people he deals with are suspension shops and t... read more

Met Mark years ago at Glen Helen, had him do a set of cone forks with Trax shock for my 2018 250sx. I asked him to specifically setup for Glen Helen as I do mostly go and their endurance race series, Chelsea was a pleasure to work with, Marks setup was spot on out the gate. I haven’t touched it in the two years besides service. Everyone tha rides the bike says it’s a cheater.
