Really great class if your goal is strength training. Trainers are very knowledgeable and attentive. You'd be hard pressed to find anything else on par with them.

Have been trying for months to find a great gym, high quality with a challenging workout so I can get myself back on track. The trainers are knowledgeable and correct me, which is what I wanted and had been missing at many gyms in the area. ( apart from one) Will keep going as many times a week as possible. Love the small classes too. ... Will post a photo of before and after very soon.

Rep Movemnt is the best group fitness gym in the area! Strength-focused classes without the fuss or competitiveness of other gyms.
