Easy to work with, walked us through the work beforehand, offering helpful ideas along the way. Russell was open to last minute changes and completed the work in a timely manner. Concrete came out better than expected and would use the services again.
We were very pleased with the new driveway that REP installed. The final look was "old school" in that it had the expansion joints put in by trowel, not by a saw. It makes for good 4-square game! Russ at REP was quick to respond to any questions before, during and after the installation. His crew was friendly and even played ball with our dog. The driveway is pitched not only toward the street, but to the sides as well to more thoroughly drain water.
Worst contractor I ever dealt with. Buyer beware don't pay until the job is completely finished. Paid over 60k and won't return my phone calls. Water pools up at the end of my patio.
Russell came to give me an estimate but never sent it to me. Numerous calls, both to his cell phone and the office, went unanswered. He never responded any of the texts I sent him. This is very unprofessional. It shows an utter disregard for the customer.. Imagine if I had gone with this company and something was wrong with the job. All they would do is ghost you. However, all the jobs that they have done in my neighborhood actually look pretty darn good.
Easy to work with, Knowledgable, always on time, great crew and would highly recommend! Will be using them again.
