I don't like that I have to write this. I absolutely love my functional trainer that I bought in 2022. Unfortunately one of the holders dropped and broke. Things happen, not their fault. I reach out to them to get a replacement part, (that I would pay for) and they have discontinued that part altogether. Nothing can be done. What is their solution? 5% off a new one. 5%. Why would you buy equipment and discontinue the parts less than 4 years later? Then a slap in the face with 5%. Really a shame I'll have to go elsewhere beca... read more

I ordered equipment to be delivered and it took over 2 months for in stock items. The shipments arrived in damaged repackaged boxes. It required several calls and emails to get the correct equipment. The final warranty order was incorrect. I do not recommend this company.

Great selection of equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. Ive bought a couple of things from REP over the years but decided to go in person recently for my latest purchase. I was very happy with the staff (shout out Gracie!) and their knowledge. Well worth the drive.
