I don’t like leaving lengthy reviews but this company is an Example of great customer service. Their products are always the highest of quality (ares 2.0, black wing bench , pylo boxes , and more) They exceeded my expectations on every single order. Quick response times, smooth corrections on errors by them and myself. As a sales professional in my own career. I love to see a growing company care about customer service as that’s seems to die down in quality each year. Way to go REP, business was earned 🤝
I bought my first rack from here for my home gym. Their rack systems are probably the best in the market right now. So many customization options. You can easily optimize for your specific personal needs. Additionally, their staff and customer service are top notch. I had the pleasure of working with Jarod while building my rack. He had the right answer to every single question I asked and helped tremendously.
As someone who has been in gyms for 35 years has owned two previous home gym setups, has competed in powerlifting and CrossFit Rep Fitness is some the best equipment I have ever had the pleasure to use. Great showroom experience. Staff was amazing, helped me figure out what I'm going to need and gave me the perfect perspective for the space my gym will go into. Totally recommend, it will help you a ton! I will be coming back.
