Spent around 14k with them so far. Had a few issues with shipping and some clarity on when things ship. The instructions could use some work, better labeling. For large orders like a rack, better descriptions of what's in each box when you have like 40 boxes for example. Some products are different than the instructions (newer version). Ordered an Ares 2.0, and its junk. On assembly, some of the selectorized weights simply didn't fit on the rails due to poor tolerances on the holes. Next, the headplates stopped sliding smoothly after a few months - despite my lubricating, checking guide rods, etc. They sent me replacements. Here I am a few months later, and the replacements are also sticking, as well as random selectorized plates that now down move smoothly. What a waste of money.

Bought a four post PR-5000 rack and the uprights came rusted out of the box under the coating. Was told it was “only cosmetic” and offered a free shirt for my inconvenience on the phone. Will be returning my rack and going to Rogue where they don’t send out failed product.
