I've dealt with REOC San Antonio, Michael Morse and the rest of the team for many years. Its always been a pleasure working with them at their properties in the Live Oak area of San Antonio.
If you are looking for COMMERCIAL space, REOC is who I would strongly recommend. I have come to know and highly respect Andrew Lyles from REOC. His knowledge, expertise, but kind and relevant "bed side" manner is impeccable!
I had a disappointing experience with C. Michael Morse during a lease application process. Despite submitting a strong application with good credit and no history of late payments or penalties, and providing all my sensitive personal information, including my Social Security number, I was informed that his clients decided to pass on the lease—without being given any reason for their decision.
