There's no option to speak to anyone. Does anyone have a phone number or contact where someone can be reached?
Horrible customer service. They don't answer phone calls (give it a try). They're great at giving detailed instructions about sending your money to them but will not answer any questions about your transaction. Choose another title company if you can.
