I like Dr. Renzi but the staff absolutely sucks. The worst office staff of any Dr. I have ever visited. Cooper should fire them all.

I am upset with some of the care my mother received from doctor renzi. I always respected dr renzi until I was told that he was not kosher to quote the staff that worked where my mother lived. I was told he did not believe a UTI can cause severe confusion and personality changes in the elderly especially. My mother suffered with ongoing uti's and Dr Renzi did not investigate the origin of these Uti's and they almost killed my mother and put her into delirium. He said that 's to be expected in the elderly.

My Mother was cared for by Dr Renzi. Dr. Renzi did not believe that a uti can cause severe confusion in the elderly especially. My mother suffered from constant UTI's that needed to be investigated much further. My mother's Uti's almost killed her and sent her into other medical problems as a result. He believe's confusion is just because you are older and as a result my mother almost died from this complication and was neglected on this front. That was the beginning of the end. Dr. Renzi was pleasant, courteous and made me feel comfortable. He followed through on all issues. And his staff was efficient and very friendly

Dr Renzi is the type of doctor that’s compassionate, and makes it a point to listen to each patients individual needs. There’s not very many left like him. He gets you into his office on time, pin points the issues your having with great accuracy and success.

Dr Renzi spends the time to talk to you and does not rush you through your appointment. He listens to you and gives his recommendations on how to improve your health.
