I have been going to Renz for a while now. I haven been working with Nicole who has been an amazing counselor. She has been very dedicated to helping my recovery for a year or more. I have been very happy with her work and everyone else who I had to work with at Renz. I have made it a year and two months sober because of Renz and working with Nicole! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for help in getting sober to attend Renz center.
I'm giving two stars because the people at the front desk were extremely friendly and caring. The rest is because the Dr. I was talking to was rather rude and didn't seem to care at all. After he showed me what it would cost I just said I can't afford it and that I would deal with it on my own. He said "that's fine but you're going to be back here in two months to do it all over again". Guess what? I did it on my own after all and have a new life. Danielle and the staff here are AMAZING. They are very invested in your recovery and the program is tailored to each individual. I would recommend anyone who needs help in recovery or have questions about possible recovery to go to Renz Center Elgin.
