Good people, great service 10/10 would recommend!
We recently had an Oil furnace, oil tank removed by Renway Energy and a new high efficiency Gas furnace and Air Conditioner installed. Renway was punctual, professional and did excellent, clean work. I highly recommend them.
They are a propane company, what else to say about that. But every time I think about them I get annoyed. Their service is bad, they treat you poorly. No customer service skills in any sector. But, in some ways better than Superior but also the same. They over filled our tank, stunk up our whole house and personally that made me wonder about their safety. They weren't sorry about it either. Somehow the bill was the same even though they said they would adjust because of the overfill....
Great gas prices.
We have been a Renway customer for 11 years now. They have always been honest, punctual and reliable with excellent customer service and communication. It's nice to see a small business who genuinely cares about their customers!
