AMAZING from start to finish The exprience is so pleasnt from start to finish. The support team gives you back very quick responses and has answers to all your questions. I was looking to have my deck replenished.They put the original deck in 2021. I asked for the soonest date and they made the appointment for within 10 days. We had the concrete around our pool done with RenuKrete 4 years ago and we have loved the way our pool area looks now. The staff and crew were very polite and helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We hired them to come back this past Spring and give us a refresh and they did a wonderful job again. Highly recommend!!!
The final work product far exceeded my expectations. In addition to resurfacing our pool deck this project required leveling several areas of the concrete deck. The crew was efficient, clean and respectful of the property that could have been impacted by the work. I can't say enough about the supervisor who managed the work. I wanted this to be great. They did my concrete around my pool. It looked great when they first did it. Within about a year and a half, parts of my concrete were chipping off. They came back and fixed it which was great. After about a few months, my expansion joints were cracking really bad. So they took my existing expansion joints out, and they filled it with mortar.
