I am so grateful for Dr. Basavaraju (B). She was able to diagnose me with LUPUS SLE several years ago. Her medical plan has improve my qualify to life. She continues to stay on top of my health. She provides suggestions/techniques for continuous improvement. Her office is professional and so caring for their patients. There are not long waits. She has two offices to better meet the needs of her patients. Excellent services.

My mother-in-law has been seeing Dr. Basavaraju for several years, and she is an outstanding physician. She takes the time to listen, considers the overall picture, and doesn’t just treat symptoms. When we first started, my MIL was very weak and struggling with breathing issues. Under Dr. Basavaraju’s care, she is now on the right medications, doing well, and even able to travel without assistance. We are truly grateful for her care.

Continue to have billing issues since apparently they no longer have a biling office managing their billing service or changed billing services. Can't reach a live person, it states to call the billing office, however the billing office said they no longer manage billing for this office. I've had issues the last 2 visits. They haven't even filed with my insurance this last visit but keep billing me for the full amount. They are well aware, but keep sending me the bill. It is very frustrating.
