I have been going to Renu for 3 months and it has made a huge difference for me. I had never gone to a gym before but the relaxed atmosphere and wonderful instruction has made getting into a regular exercise routine easy. On a recent trip to Utah I rode for 8 hours in the car with no lower back pain, previously I could only do about 2 hours before my back would start hurting. I can’t recommend Dino enough. As a physician, I’m especially mindful about who I trust with my body—particularly after recovering from foot surgery.
