I have been asked to change my Google review. They sent someone out to look at the cracks in my roof since the panels were installed. They said it had nothing to do with the panels. Yet my roof wasn’t cracked before and I’d only cracked where the panels have been installed. I purchased $50000 in solar panels. I purchased $50000 in solar panels. Sales agents told me I would get $15000.00 back on my taxes to put towards the solar panels which was a lie. Then I was also told my panels would cover at least 60% of my electricity. Duke energy is only deducting around $40.00 a month from my received kWh. I have complained several times since I had the panels installed . I am spending at around $200 more dollars a month to have solar panels that were supposed to help save me money. I agree that Renu Energy really took care of everything from start, past installation, and all the way to getting it working through my local power co-op. The crews were professional, cleaned up before leaving, knowledgeable and the process, emphasizing communication and project management was excellent and appreciated.
