Allen is a great guy who is an expert and loves what he does. I interacted 3 times with him over the course of several years. Two times he fixed issues with the rear door of my SUV (once related to growing rust spots and the second time a mid-size dent). The last time he gave me advice about how to approach a bodywork problem in Vancouver. In all cases, the results were excellent. My wife found these people and was immediately comfortable with them. The service provided to her was professional and respectful. She was provided a quote for some minor rust removal. We were thrilled that Renu quoted us the same price as we were provided at an alternate firm which we believed was a deeply discounted price. One pick up, the workmanship was flawless and of course the owner was appreciative of the business and not once did we feel an imposition.
