Very bad customer service the are so rude
we booked a tow truck yesterday, they promised to come pick my car today. I waited until appointment time. I called back they said they cannot get my car towed. Is it hard to give me call this morning? Then I can figure out wha to do next. They did not even say sorry.
Went there in my hino black tilt tray tow truck to pick up a car, actually I've was having a chat with an elderly gentleman, who actually was the owner, nice bloke, looks after all his equipment, nice family business, hope one day to get back up there to see you again. Jp
