Moved out four years ago, and they're still trying to send me a bill for utilities. Not an overdue account mind you, new utilities for this current month
Terrible company, poor communication, they don’t answer emails and no way to call them! We have the rent contract and bank transfer history shows We paid full month rent as security deposit, but they said on their record we paid half of month. They refused to return my money back!
We have couple condos under Rent Perks' rental management services for almost 4 years. They have the sufficient website to provide information for both landlord and tenant. Their monthly invoices are super on time and easy to get monthly and year end reports. The Group CEO, Mr. Zed Loborec, and his staff are extremely efficient and professional. We are very happy of their services and highly recommended Rent Perks to all our friends and relatives.
This is a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE company! We signed up with this company as we wanted to travel and not worry about our home rental. What a mistake that was - when we had repairs there prices were ridiculous! We were allowed to change our maintenance so we could handle our selves, which was great. They took the money out of our rental for the maintenance fees which was fine but they decided that they in-fact did not receive this and charged us again.
