This service was so helpful! Upon arriving in Vail, we realized our oxygen concentrator’s cannula was kinked causing an operating error. I called this company hoping to just get a replacement cannula and they answered immediately and then delivered us replacement cannulas within 15 minutes!!! 100% saved our vacation!
I just participated in the Leadville 100 MTB race for the first time and I’m so glad a friend of mine that has used this service for ski trips recommended the oxygen rental. It made a huge difference in the amount and quality of sleep I got the night before the race and the night after! No headaches and no middle of the night waking up. I will be using this service for every high altitude trip in CO from now on.
What an invaluable service! Although we didn't know it when we made the order, but this actually saved our vacation. Coming from near sea level to over 10k feet of elevation, the headaches, tiredness and shallow breathing came on quick and we were happy that we reserved a machine for the week. We slept with it the first few nights, and then 45 min here and there over the course of the week. Thanks again for being available and so convenient!
We had a fabulous experience with this company! Jason brought our oxygen unit over and explained everything in detail. He was available instantly whenever I had a question or texted him. The humidifier addition to the oxygen tank really helped our congestion from the smoke and altitude. We will definitely be renting from them again!
Found the site when trying to plan a trip to Florida and was getting nowhere with renting from local providers. Service was seamless, delivered to hotel the day before and everything in perfect working order. Very responsive on text message. Gave me so much peace of mind and would recommend to anyone!!
