My challenge is to be accurate and fair, without sounding like a shill for RTC's dining room. To be fair, I am a huge fan of community colleges and technical schools. FWIW, we're big fans of advanced education. My wife and I have Master's degrees, as does one of our daughters. Our other daughter has two Bachelor's degrees (BA and BS), and our son-in-law has a BA degree, with lots of formal OJT from his employer. I was disappointed on their foods perpetration, I tried the maple glazed salmon served with rice pilaf, grilled seasonal vegetable, salmon was too dry (over cooked) & too sweet for my taste, with too much maple, rice was too soggy & salty, only the grilled veggies was the best. My partner had the New York Strip Steak very good portion but some part of the steak was cold, it seems like not evenly cooked, the mashed potatoes tasted like from the box instead freshly made.
