I stopped by during operating hours to print posters for my business. Although the owner opened the closed door, the interaction felt dismissive and rushed . I didn’t feel supported with my request and was told to try another place while I was sending my file. Unfortunately, this was not a helpful or welcoming experience.

Rich is very reluctant to take on any work that isn't immediately convenient to him. If you have anything even slightly out of his wheelhouse, he will give you the runaround and won't want to work with you. As a private business owner, he's just not very flexible with clients needs. I've urged him, gave him time, simplified the job for him, and offered to pay him whatever he wanted, but he still refused. Too inflexible
