My mom received awful service during her doctor appointment. She had an ear irrigation and the assistant had water pressure too high to where she felt dizzy. the doctor briefly saw her afterwards but they never provided any instructions. My mom was laying in the exam room sleeping and she woke up at lunch time. A random employee had to tell her she could leave. I had a bad experience at MultiCare when my doctor retired, and ended up calling this Valley Medical Clinic to establish care with a new Primary Care Provider. I called on a Monday and they had available appointments the next day, which was incredible. The entrance was easy to find, and intake was a breeze. NP Ashley Lee and MA Riana saw me and I could not have asked for a better experience. They were both super friendly, straightforward, and made me feel very involved in my care.
