Insulting, rude and uncaring. Did not examine me, did not read my chart and was completely unprepared for appt, melted down in our appointment.
Dr Verheyden did surgery for-me to remove a large tumor. She is friendly but professional and confident. I never questioned her ability and I wasn’t surprised when everything went well although the surgery was difficult and could have been a very painful procedure.
Dr. Renton has been an excellent provder. Always thorough with exceptional communication skills. Displays an unique ability to integrate personalized patient engagement with clinical presentation. Dr. Renton’s treatment procedures have been highly effective and his successful efforts to explain same to pts much appreciated. I have had numerous Drs. over the past 70 years and I would certainly include Dr. Renton in the top five. Definitely 5 star plus rating! Go away tip. Share all of your concerns. He is a terrific listener!
Very happy with my experience with Dr. Verheyden.
I think he rocks. Dr Renton treated me for a cholesteatoma (tumor), that had not been found, would have caused me some very serious problem in the very near future. He has been professional, concerned, and compassionate. I only have the utmost respect for what he does. The Dr. R
Dr. Verhyden, is probably the most efficient capable doctor I have ever had. She listens, checks facts and doesn't throw out the "At your age," card when she examines you. I wish we had more doctors like her.
Unfortunately, the worst experience we've had at a doctor's office. We were rescheduled twice, turned away 3 times (once for being 10 mins late, understandably, once bc the secretary had written the wrong date down on my card & lastly for being 2 mins late - no joke there) we were asked to fill out the paperwork twice after already doing so, and treated very impolitely & unapologetically by the staff. We could never entrust the care of our son to this practice after an experience like this.
All around good experience. Friendly, efficient and to the point.
Dr. Verheyden took very good care of my son. Very caring doctor!! I planned to go to her for all our ENT needs!!!
