I’ve had an appointment for my daughter booked for 3 weeks. She is a 10 yr old who needs 2 root canals due to a trauma that occurred. This has been known by the dentist here as it was supposed to be the final part of a 2 part appointment. Unfortunately she will not be finishing treatment because of the total disrespect of time at this office which read as unprofessional and unsafe. I had a root canal last week. Doctor Wei and assistants were very professional, friendly and caring! I recommend anyone looking for A dental care in friendly and comfortable environment !
We came 5 hours to have a root canal done for my daughter!! The Staff and Dr Tom Wei were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING My daughter has Anxiety and a fear for pain! We addressed those at first visit and they reassured us and gave us the confidence to come back and actually have the root canal done!!! Would highly recommend to EVERYONE!!!
About a year ago, I had a retreatment root canal procedure at Renton Endodontics. Since my insurance didn’t cover it, I paid out of pocket. The treatment took nearly four hours. During the procedure, the dentist and assistant were chatting a lot about their vacations, which felt unprofessional. What’s worse, they started treatment on the wrong tooth. I have so far had an awful experience with them so far. This is our only option. This is the only place that takes our ins. I am a victim of stalking and I have had to factory data reset my phone several times over the last few weeks. My calender was messed with so we showed up to my daughter's appt a week early just to have to turn around and go home.
