There seems to be some major issues at the service department at this dealership. I took my vehicle in for service today and decided to wait even though my service was going to take up to five hours to complete. I watched service advisers try to cover work orders opened by another service adviser because he is apparently on vacation or absent. Initial alignment didn't solve the steering wheel problem. Took a few months of communicating with them( missed emails, person, calls).before it was finally completed satisfactorily.
