Absolutely horrible so we have a town home, and the first floor is horribly freezing was told that that's normal for first floor town homes the temperature is below 55 degrees then they tell me I can buy a heater to heat the first floor this is not my responsibility to purchase heaters to heat a home I'm renting definitely ridiculous this company doesn't even deserve a 1 star
