Unfortunately, my experience with Ha Lee was unpleasant. When viewing a house, while my living situation is not the 'ideal' family tenant, she was incredibly rude to me and my group in particular. She greeted every other group and asked for names. While viewing, she told us to leave despite us clearly still looking. She asked us to leave earlier than other groups. We were tenants of a property manager by Rentex. Angela, our manager was probably one of, if not the, most responsive and onto property manager we've ever dealt with. Always friendly, and always got onto things quickly.
I’ve been renting with Rentex for the past 6 years. My property manager, Ha Lee, has been a pleasure to deal with; friendly, helpful and professional. From moving in, to dealing with maintenance, and moving out her approach has been top-notch. Would recommend.
5 stars for Iris, honestly she has been an amazing property manager for the last couple of years and as a tenant I feel extremely satisfied with the level of service I have received from her.
