Swat team at a few of there properties. Lots of police and lots of trouble. Crime, drugs etc etc
I rented one of their units and two days later - I find out the cops busted up and arrested people in the building. And now Police SWAT are at the main RENTEX office. What are they doing?! Selling drugs? Selling guns? Human trafficking? RENTEX needs to be obliterated. Believe all the one star reviews - the rest are definitely fake.
The worst renting experience I have ever had. They allow known criminals to rent with them. Expect police everyday at your apartment building. Expect violent attacks, crimes, and drug use. FYI there have been multiple murders in their buildings just in 2023. Stay as far away as possible. Having to fear for your life where you live is miserable.
God awful properties with scummy management who does next to nothing to maintain them. A dear friend just moved out of one of their places on 99st, I watched that building go from being decent to resembling a crackhouse over the last 5 years. I now have the displeasure of living near another one of their properties, and let me tell you, "fringe manor" should be renamed to "foul manor".
