TENANTS BEWARE!! I am entering my 6th month of renting with Renter's Resource and my conclusion is that **** and his staff are either incompetent or their negligance is committed intentionally. Work orders can be submitted online or by phone but there appears to be a lack of cohesion and communication between staff that hinders prompt resolutions to at times major maintenance issues.
