Many problems but the worst red flag was Renter's Choice wouldn't give me the age of the property, roof and heating in order for me to get tenant's insurance. They responded "this is not information we have and since we are not experts in these respective fields, we are not able to guess that information for you". They only want you to use their "recommended" insurance company which is a blatant conflict of interest.

Not happy with snow removal. I was told there would be lawn cutting and snow removal.
