Sehr zufrieden mit der Werkstatt. Wir waren auf einem Zeltplatz in Pool und die Bremsen am Ford tourneo machten laute Geräusche, so dass wir nach mehreren Fehlersuchen diese Werkstatt gefunden hatten. Sehr freundliches Personal gute Beratung. Reparatur mit Wechsel der Bremsscheiben und Belege zum fairen Preis. Gerne wieder.
Other garages were utterly useless, these guys know they're stuff. A proper diagnostic test for the right price, followed by the remedial work that my van actually needed. It's fixed now, and I'll be using Rentech from now on. Thankyou guys, for being experts and professionals. Oh, and if the location puts you off, don't let it; there's a train station right by it, which services the Bournemouth-Weymouth line every 30mins.👍
A distress visit to adjust rear brake shoes on my motorhome, When I arrived I found the motorhome to have been damaged, when I approached the mechanic he said "oh yes, I did it, it was only a little bump, the other car wasn't damaged". The service manager made a minimal appology saying "these thing happen". Although the brakes were adjusted they still squeak, so not perfectly done apparently. No offer of reparation or discount. No wonder garages get a poor reputation.
Rip off merchants Quoted 300 quid for a oil & filter service - THE MOST BASIC SERVICE one could ask for On a 57 plate CLK 200 Bare in mind that’s a 1.8 litre 4 cylinder engine…. Say no more As for MOT testing, what a disaster that was, if you don’t get the work done there after they fail your car and advise on the most pathetic reasons & charge high for….they will fail you again on the Re test Avoid
