I never had no problems
This location deserves its one-star rating. Management is rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. On top of that, basic winter maintenance was ignored-snow and ice were left piled directly in front of the unit door, making access unsafe and difficult, That's unacceptable for a paid storage service. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are scam artists!! When I moved in there were multiple issues with the unit that they said they would fix and never did. 8 months in they gave me a false eviction notice that was not legal. I was tired of their bs so I moved out and they charged me for everything that was already broken/not working and didn't give me my deposit back!
They'll buy the building you live in tell you that you have to get out. Then, they'll send you an email saying that they never did that. Next, they'll wait 8 months give you an illegal 30 day notice breaking their own lease. They'll refuse to give you a written move out date because they know it's illegal. For the cherry on the top, they will occasionally not pay for trash pick up or electricity in their buildings so you have to bring a flashlight to go down the steps. DO NOT RENT FROM "TY" AT RENTCO LLC. On November 30, 2024 an email was sent from us to the property manager requesting maintenance as our power was out in half of our apartment and the breaker would not stay on. This is the second issue we have had with the breaker, the first time being a couple months beforehand.
