DO NOT RENT FROM "TY" AT RENTCO LLC. On November 30, 2024 an email was sent from us to the property manager requesting maintenance as our power was out in half of our apartment and the breaker would not stay on. This is the second issue we have had with the breaker, the first time being a couple months beforehand.
