Their employee knocked over our mail box a week ago while delivering a rented shipping container and said he would be back to fix it that same day. He didn't do that, so I called and they said their employees have to fix things like that on their own time. Uh, no. He knocked it over while on the clock performing his job duties, so that is YOUR responsibility. Then they said he would be here Saturday (yesterday) to fix it, and he never did. So now I've gone a week without receiving my mail and still no resolution.
Have absolutely nothing against this business (in fact, I know nothing about it). However, I am giving them a one star rating, just as one of their employees (Brandon Davies) gave my business only one star. I do not know Brandon, have never met him, & it appears he lives a thousand miles from me. If he changes (or removes) his rating, I will do the same. After all, turnabout is fair play.
