Rent a van Iowa is, without hesitation, my go to for a van rental in the Des Moines area. Andy bent over backwards to help us get a van for a summer vacation. He is accommodating with booking, pickup, and drop off. He is observant and helpful. I left my wallet on my first stop and my sunglasses on our dropoff and he caught me both times to return the items. Our Family needed a van for the seven of use to travel through the Rockies with room. The van was perfect for what we needed. Picking up and returning the van was simple, they even offered to take some seats out as we didn't need all of them and we wanted the extra room.
