RentASubaru is an excellent place to rent a car. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rates are reasonable, the cars are clean, well maintained, and properly equipped for the roads we traveled on which included the road to McCarthy AK.
Awesome service and super nice people. They even gave us a free shuttle ride back to the airport!! So cool. Thank you!!
Amazing customer service! The rental process was simple and without hitches, and communication was perfectly clear. When we had trouble with the first car we rented, Greg replaced it quickly, with no questions asked!
I rented from RentSubaru in July 2024. Everything went smooth, no problems whatsoever. Communication was clear, I received an estimate by email and charged me as agreed. Vehicle was 2024 Subaru outback with just over 2000 miles. There is one area of improvement: Considering that the price is high, it would be a nice gesture if RentSubaru would give you a ride from and to the airport. Wow! Just WOW! I very rarely take time to review a business unless they blow my socks off. Greg and his team at Rentasubaru did just that when I rented from them while on vacation and needing a vehicle to drive the unpaved and treacherous road from Anchorage to McCarthy, Alaska in in Wrangell-St. Elias National Park. We had contracted with a van service for transportation but at the last minute the van service failed to materialize.
