Amazing customer service! The rental process was simple and without hitches, and communication was perfectly clear. When we had trouble with the first car we rented, Greg replaced it quickly, with no questions asked!
I rented from RentSubaru in July 2024. Everything went smooth, no problems whatsoever. Communication was clear, I received an estimate by email and charged me as agreed. Vehicle was 2024 Subaru outback with just over 2000 miles. There is one area of improvement: Considering that the price is high, it would be a nice gesture if RentSubaru would give you a ride from and to the airport. Wow! Just WOW! I very rarely take time to review a business unless they blow my socks off. Greg and his team at Rentasubaru did just that when I rented from them while on vacation and needing a vehicle to drive the unpaved and treacherous road from Anchorage to McCarthy, Alaska in in Wrangell-St. Elias National Park. We had contracted with a van service for transportation but at the last minute the van service failed to materialize. RentaSubaru is easily one of the best rental car companies in Alaska. Pickup and drop off is a breeze, they are easy to communicate with, and they are a locally-owned business as well! 10/10 will be renting from them when I return to AK in the future!
