They were contracted to arrive with linens and tables on my wedding day at 2pm. No one arrived. When we tried calling the office, there was no answer. When we tried calling their emergency line, no answer. My husband tried messaging them on Instagram and eventually got some kind of response, but this lack of communication was unacceptable. Great service! Saved the day when I called at the last second needing tables and chairs for 100 people.
Imagine you have 2 weeks to prepare for a party of 40 at your home? Now, relax b/c you have found RTR! Stellar service and flexibility on a major Annapolis weekend (USNA graduation). Everything I needed from tables, chairs, linens, to delivery and pick up. I will definitely be using this service again. Kind and prompt. As promised, easy peasy. Thank you so much for a wonderful event.
