My family has used rentals to remember twice now for two seperate events and we’ve had great experiences both times. They were also very responsive as well. I recommend them for your party and event needs!
They were contracted to arrive with linens and tables on my wedding day at 2pm. No one arrived. When we tried calling the office, there was no answer. When we tried calling their emergency line, no answer. My husband tried messaging them on Instagram and eventually got some kind of response, but this lack of communication was unacceptable. The tables finally arrive at 240 something, and then we’re informed that the linens are on a different truck and they have no idea when they’ll be arriving.
