If I could give fewer stars I would. Their service is terrible!!! We have had an outhouse for years and started doing business when it was owned by O’Briens. They were fabulous but since the business was sold things have gone downhill. We rarely use the outhouse but when I do use it I want it to be clean. It always looks like it washed out with dirt. Super nice A/C bathrooms and showers at the Cattle Country Music Fest. I saw the pump truck on site all weekend keeping the facilities clean, but several units ran out of TP, and most were out of soap the entire 3 days! We paid a hefty price for upgraded VIP facilities to access restrooms and handwashing areas. It's hard to understand how hand soap wasn't readily available. I know this is a small business. This company was great to work with. Joe was incredibly responsive and willing to help as our needs for the portable trailer were not finite in terms of duration. Great customer service all around. Highly recommend- would definitely use them again.

Wonderful service and very reasonably priced. Rented a porta potty for a Fireworks Stand and it was the best decision ever. I called 4 places and this was the best priced around and they were very friendly which was important as well. Will be my go to from now on. Thank you RTG!
