Joe Fletcher and Rentals, Etc., is the most unprofessional, unreliable, messy property management company that I have ever dealt with. The manager/owner/partner Joe Fletcher is a spiteful woman. He openly and freely discusses his tenants personal issues with other tenants and he enjoys being a b!itch. One can almost see the satisfaction on his face as he attempts to ruin lives.
