We rented a very nice house from Mrs. Henderson. In the meantime, we have extended our lease again because it is simply beautiful here. Mrs. Henderson is a very nice and above all helpful person. Since we are new here, we did not know some things and Mrs. Henderson has always helped us and recommended the appropriate steps. Have been renting from Mrs. Henderson going on 7 years. She takes good care of each of her properties and is very proactive is there are any issues with the rental unit. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty safe. I have a dog, so being able to have a dog or cat in the rental is dependent upon the breed of dog..and face it, this is pretty much the same every where you rent.

I have to relocate to Dublin so I called Mrs. Henderson about her properties. I told her I had a dog and she said that was fine so I drove 2 and a half hours to view the place. She seemed like she would be hard to deal with but I knew I didn’t have many options in the Dublin area so I took the place. I gave her a check for the first months rent and deposit.
