Have been renting from Mrs. Henderson going on 7 years. She takes good care of each of her properties and is very proactive is there are any issues with the rental unit. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty safe. I have a dog, so being able to have a dog or cat in the rental is dependent upon the breed of dog..and face it, this is pretty much the same every where you rent.
I have to relocate to Dublin so I called Mrs. Henderson about her properties. I told her I had a dog and she said that was fine so I drove 2 and a half hours to view the place. She seemed like she would be hard to deal with but I knew I didn’t have many options in the Dublin area so I took the place. I gave her a check for the first months rent and deposit.
