After reading reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence - I reserved a truck rental online yesterday (through Budget) and immediately received a confirmation email. This morning, an hour before my scheduled pickup time, I received a call saying ABC Rental was fully booked, and that I would not be able to rent a truck. I am now stuck trying to move without a truck!
Cancelled my rental truck less than 24 hours from pick up- left without a truck last minute!!! Person I spoke to was completely rude about it as well- told “not my problem”
