We are a Stucco, Plaster & Stone Company and we rent equipment this was the first time with this Company and our last. We have before and after pictures when we were done with the equipment and they said it was not clean enough. My husband and an employee went up to the place and cleaned for another 3 hrs or so. The gentleman there said it was cleaned pretty good. So they left and we never heard anything more ..now they are charging us 457.00 for cleaning a scissor lift. I will never do business here again! Horrible customer service. Very rude. I would never speak to a person like that let alone a paying customer.
Clean the machine before you sell it. Do what you said you was going to do at time of purchase . Did not want to work with me on anything.
