Do not use this company for truck rentals. After reserving and verifying the truck would be available, it wasn't. My son, who was moving home from college waited for hours and then had to leave because they were closing. After another four hours dealing with U Haul direct he us on his way. This is not a local dealer you should do business with.
Rentalex employees have always treated me with respect. They are a little pricey but also are knowledgeble and their equipment has always been in good working order.
Do NOT rent from them. After having dealt with their business, I can safely say that they are the least professional, accomodating rental business in the greater Kalamazoo area. The owner himself was blatantly rude and accusatory. The equipment was delivered and picked up over an hour late, and part of it was not set up properly, nor was it working. I would highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
