ZERO STARS. I almost never post poor reviews. Accidents happen. People are human. Not so if the customer is the only one communicating. I still haven't spoken to a live person. Booked 30 days in advance. Was given less than 24 hours notice on a Friday that he would be a no show on Saturday morning. Zero response to my frantic "you're kidding right?" Text message. Do yourself a favor and NEVER PUT YOUR MOVE IN HIS HANDS.
