We just finished up a lease through Rental Network and I have to say I was not satisfied. They are nice when you first meet them and Annabel was always friendly in our dealings. I have to say that for the most part if we filed a work order, it was handled very quickly. BUT we filed a complaint multiple times about carpet nails/tacks sticking up from the floor and tearing up our feet And although they would send someone over it was NEVER fixed.
