Helpful staff, good tools for rent. The right tool makes the job safer and faster. If they don’t have it in stock, they will check their other stores, very helpful.
They refused to refill my propane tank due to the tank missing it's label. He didn't want to explain any further after I protested. Had to go to a U-Haul over at Palatine and they had no problem filling my tank.
Horrible and disgusting!
