If you rent from here, make sure you take pictures, before and after, of anything you may have concerns about. Be diplomatic, methodical, and don't expect compassion or negotiation. Hopefully, you can choose the best rental outcome for yourself....the house rental was a reasonable rate throughout the time I was there.

We find the allegations in this review specious since it isn't exactly clear what it is that she alleges. Ms. G******** broke her lease and moved out in August of 2016. Why did she wait until now to write this “review?”
