I called to ask the closing time and was told 3 minutes. I asked him if he would stay open a few minutes late. He said if we hurry. We got there at 1:02 and it was locked to rent five folding chairs. Way to go that extra mile to serve your customer! Pathetic!
Needed a tall ladder and called ahead to confirm it was in stock. Checkout was quick and hassle-free. I drove around back for pickup, and the team had it loaded right away—same smooth process when I returned it. I was in and out in about five minutes. The staff was efficient, helpful, and really on the ball. Highly recommend!
