I wish I could give zero stars. The owner is so rude, the customer service is awful. The walk around was done without a employee, they where completely un organized when I picked up the rental.
First place I call
This was the only place that would rent to my daughter (who was 18 years old) when her car was in an accident and she needed a rental. They were a lifesaver.
Our car broke down in Flintstone, MD. AAA was coming to tow our car to a shop. We had no way of getting to Rent A Car to rent a car. Linda personally came to pick us up! Hertz & Enterprise would have left us stranded on the side of the road in the cold. Uber & Taxi companies were not available in that area. Thanks to Linda, we got to enjoy our vacation!
Very clean cars very reliable had no issues very very afordable just signed some papers showed proper Credentials they needed and was head to vacation will rent again very soon
